    If you like mystery

I finished it 9 hours after I got the game so yeah I pulled an allnighter. This is my first review so I don't have a real format to do it in.

Lets start with the story, I only played it once so I don't know if anything changes with the ending but I can see how they would do it if there is a change. The story goes with your decisions so its difficult to really answer this, if you like mystery books and movies then why not try a mystery game

Gameplay is exactly what you see in the gameplay videos quick-time events, before the game starts your asked how well you know your controller, so basically its easy medium or hard. The most surprising thing about the gameplay is how well the sixaxis works. I think this is what Sony had in mind when they showed us the first time. The game auto saves so if a character dies they stay dead and the story continues.

Visual/sound: before each chapter you get a up close shot of the next character your going to take control of. The detail is amazing, Character models look great, but some of the environments bland. The voice acting for the most party is good but sometimes the characters will speak with an accent, that doesn't really bother me. As long as the writing is good voice acting won't suffer.

Characters: I don't really have a attachment to any of them, tormented father, journalism girl, retired cop, FBI agent with some wick cool glasses. My first playthrough they all lived, next time 3 of them die, just so I can see how the story will change

Its a fun a game and a good experience, I would like to see a sequel if possible. I'll go back to it sometime in the future to see what could of happened if I did things differently but I went through it in one day so I'll wait. Oh there is install but if you get a new sealed copy it comes with a piece of paper and while your installing it teaches you how to make the origami. If all games did something like this while installing that would be awesome. When the game finished I was still doing the origami so for the first time the game was waiting for me.

      Context is Key 0

This review is a little late, but hey, why not.  First thing's first, I'm very surprised (in the good way) that Heavy Rain has sold as many units as it has, because ahead of time it seemed it was going to score big with critics but not manage to achieve commercial success. Well done to the gaming nation for giving something new a try, whether they liked it or not. It's nice to see new IP's do well, rather than sequels galore. In the simplest of terms this game is unlike anything you've played be...

      Digital diaper changing. 0

All that is old is new again. A game comprised entirely of quick-time events (a concept that hasn’t been funky fly since Shenmue) combined with the hunt for a Jigsaw-like killer (imitating a movie that hasn’t been interesting since…well the first one), coupled with Resident Evil-like walking controls (which have never been cool.) Throw in the most daring attempt to climb the uncanny valley to date and you have a game that really, really should not have any claim to relevance in t...
