Dude, I'm so with you when it comes to a re-issue of this game to the system specific stores. Even if released in the original resolution, it would totally rock.
I totally remember playing this game during my childhood also. I have two older brothers who totally whooped me into the ground every single time, but I had some awesome matches with my brother who's just a bit younger than me.
I just remembered this game after seeing Target Earth on Jeff's site. Just came back from ebay, and Genesis is selling for $30-40 . . . maybe a re-investment is due.
