First Hitman: Absolution screenshots leaked

#1 Posted by craigbo180 (1726 posts) -

The first screenshots of Hitman: Absolution have been leaked online and I have to say I am starting to get excited. The official E3 reveal trailer is scheduled for Wednesday apparently so hang on for that, but what does everyone think to these images? Looks like we could be seeing some big open area's to sneak around in and I am glad they haven't changed Agent 47's character design.

Ledges confirmed.

That officer looks a little suspicious.

Hope it's better than the movie.

Really hope they keep it how it was. Love switching into outfits and using unconventional weapons like food injected with poison.

You aren't really setting the bar very high.

Oh hell yes! I hope this game is as good to play as Blood Money was!

That's totally a bald dude in a suit.

As far as video game movies go, it wasn't THAT bad.

I, for one, hope that it does not suck.

I cant wait, i love the hitman series got some great memories dressing up as a waiter then poisoning your targets drink, exploding a glass bottom hot tub and sniping a dude from the roof across the street. all good!

I'm a fan of heads injected with claw hammers, myself.

I find your stance offensive and will not allow it to go unchallenged.

That works too. As long as it isn't a gun.

Is it just me or does that first picture look contrived as shit?

Your screenshots have leaked.

Excited, just worried about the game having experienced what IO have been putting out recently.

Please don't fuck this up, IO. I became a Hitman fan after Blood Money and I haven't had the chance to be exited for a new Hitman game until now. Those two screenshots at least tell me the character design isn't changing.

Blood Money was one of my favorite games last gen

The Hitman series holds a special place in my heart. I really hope this one will be good.

If they aim to continue from Blood Money, in terms of gameplay, and improving upon that: I'm sold. Blood Money had some great missions and not having to worry about that awful disguise meter in the previous games was great. More about acting incognito over walking past someone thinking "oh shit, the meter is spinning faster! Fuck!"

No, keep your co-op out of my Hitman!

Looks great, but does leaking even have any benefits to the leaker?(other than many praises from the internet.)

Wouldn't this get you fired if you work at the place where this came from?

I love screwing around in these more than anything.  I've played the others for hours upon hours after beating the story mode.  Will definately get this!

Let's hope this as fun as the previous games

Depends on the leak. Sometimes people will leak things internally to generate buzz but without having to do it officially. Sometimes leaks are people obtaining things through less than legal methods and the other method is when someone just fucks up and then they are usually in trouble. For example when Halo 4, Dance Central 2 and all that stuff leaked on xbox.com someone just fucked up and released that information on the site to early.

My favorite part was when he rolled through that window and the kids were playing Hitman and were like "WHAT"

Looks good but I'm concerned about what I'm hearing. Seems like Agent 47 will be on the run so no more assassinations? I hope not...
