Ever Had Cheddarwurst?

Think on this. Take a brat, inject cheddar cheese in the middle, then grill it. Simultaneously the tastiest and most disgusting thing to eat, the cheddarwurst is a food of contrasts.

But how would you do that? You'll need to keep it hot while you're injecting, it's impossible for someone to do. A meat processing factory could do it with specialist equipment, but it's impossible for someone to do at home.

Do it quickly? I mean how fast would cheese cool? Wait, what would it's wramth have to do with it? Wouldn't it just it stay it that basic state or is it a matter of the cheese going bad?

I have, it's sold pre-cheese injected at some places. You have to be careful about cooking it, or else the cheese will explode out of the hot dog while it cooks on your grille.

Yes, it's pretty disgusting.
