    Overview

    Hover is a game that revolves around a struggle between "Gamers" and the anti-entertainment dictatorship in a futuristic City. As the player, you lead a team of young rebels equiped with high tech gears allowing crazy jumps and speed. You challenge the security forces, sabotage propaganda, and ultimately, dethroning the mayor. The game is centered around quick movements that can propel your character across large distances, and features a scoring system similar to that of the Tony Hawk series. Hover takes place in colorful a futuristic sci-fi world, where the player will be able to take control of a variety of characters including humans, aliens and robots.

    Hover was successfully funded on Kickstarter on May 22, 2014 and received $116,398 with an original goal of $38,000. The game was also selected to be on Steam via the Greenlight program.

    Hover has been developed by an indie French studio named Fusty Game, which received the support of Midgar Studio in the final stretch and for the game's soundtrack. The game also features new songs from original Jet Set Radio composer and music director Hideki Naganuma. Hover was released on PC, Mac and Linux on May 31st 2017. The game is schedule on consoles in late 2017 as Xbox One, PS4, and Switch versions were a stretch goal from the successful Kickstarter (which you can find here).

    It features Oculus Rift support on PC.
