Bomberman is the titular hero of the Bomberman series. While the main Bomber is white, other bombers are black, blue, red and green.
Star of the Momotaro Densetsu and Momotaro Dentetsu games. Character is based on Japanese myth.
Originally a carpenter named Jumpman, this Italian plumber has gone on to become the most recognizable video game character of them all, starring in a veritable pantheon of titles like kart racing and sports. He has been voiced by Charles Martinet for nearly 20 years.
Luigi is Mario's brother. He began as a simple palette swap of Mario, but was later differentiated. In his later forays, he provides comic relief.

Bowser is one of the most iconic villains in gaming. His role as the main antagonist in the Mario franchise has cemented this King of Koopas' status in video game history.
Master Higgins is the half-naked protagonist of the Adventure Island games. He loves to run/skate/ride dinosaurs from left to right.
Princess Peach Toadstool is usually the damsel in distress from the Mario franchise. She gets kidnapped frequently by Bowser, though she's not averse to being captured by various other villains from time to time.
One half of the deadly twosome, the Hammer Bros. from Super Mario Bros fame. They jump from platform to platform in a seemingly random pattern throwing goshdarn hammers!
A meat-loving caveman with a big head, and an even bigger heart.
Yoshi is a recurring character in the Mario franchise and has since gone on to star in his own games.
Luigi's dark counterpart, who is mainly known for appearing in Mario spinoffs. He is voiced by Charles Martinet. Enjoys playing a game of tennis with Wario.
Luigi's love interest and Peach's sidekick. She's the princess of Sarasaland.
Gasser is one of the central characters of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. He is mostly serious and normal, except for the fact that he fights with farts.
A Magikoopa and a well recognized enemy in many Mario games. Kamek traditionally shoots magic attacks at the player.
Softon is a character in the Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo series who wears a mask of soft-serve ice cream, either chocolate (manga and some video games) or strawberry (anime and other video games) in appearance - it's meant to look like a coiled poop.
The star of his own manga and anime series. His main weapon is his "Fist of the Nose Hair" and he often throws his friends into the line of fire. Other than that he has a strong sense of justice.
Don Patch is Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo's sidekick (with the emphasis on kick). He is an orange, spiky haired, sun-looking ball with arms and legs. He is often thrown into the way of damage.
The hero's girlfriend in the original Wonder Boy and the Adventure Island series.
Lakitu has appeared in a variety of Mario games; from Super Mario Bros on the NES right up to Mario Kart 7. He is responsible for dropping Spinies onto the levels below, holding up signs and his very own start signal from all nine Mario Kart games.
One of the Mario Party characters that made his debut in Mario Party 5 as a playable character.
The main heroine of Bobobo-bo Bo-bobo. She is a pink-haired girl who travels with Bo-bobo.
