Kate Wilson is a systems engineer who must defend a city-sized cruise liner from a terrorist attack in this XBLA/PSN title. The water physics play an integral part in combating the terrorists and moving around the cruise liner which poses a problem as Kate is aquaphobic.

Am I the only person waiting for this game?

Ever since I read about this what seems like a couple of years ago, think game intrigued me. What ive seen of the engine looks really impressive, and thematically, what Bioshock did with darkness and water combined, Hydrophobia takes and runs with, in a functional way, not just for aesthetics.

Yes it looks rather Tomb Raider-esque but this looks like the kind of leap forward that kind of genre needs.

Its a little disappointing there wasnt more at E3, but Im hoping TGS will be the show where they blow the doors off the game, and let the sweet, sweet water flow in.

After reading all of the recent Three Speech Exclusives, I can't wait for this game ethier! It sounds really unique and they're already talking about a sequal so the story must be very deep.

The concept seems interesting enough, I just hope it doesn't turn into a physics engine demo like a lot of other such games.
