I'm pretty sure it's an xbox exclusive because it is part of the House party thing.

While these Xbox promotion games are always exclusives, often they're just timed and eventually come to other platforms a few weeks or months later.

It's likely $14.99 in the US based on the XBLA release, so whatever that price usually translates to in GBP on PSN is what it will cost.
