    I've collected all of the Dead Drops and Blast Shards, completed the game on evil and good, done all of the side missions, and still it only says 95% completed. 
     
    What am I missing?

    Oh, but  how am I gonna do that since I don't have enough XP, and the UGC missions don't give enough?
