Lightning Fast Review
I will keep it lightning short. At 1st I didn't like the game, it felt quirky, the animations felt bad at first glance, the gameplay seamed boring. But after 1 hr, my interest grew and grew and by middle of the game it is one of the best sandbox games I've ever played. Your character is very much like spiderman with slick platforming across the city,helped by great controls and smooth animation. But the similarities ends there, its a very mature super hero game unlike spiderman. Cut scenes are presented in graphics novels which are great to watch and the story was superb with neat twists playing as good or bad said, thats right... its not a superhero game only, it can be a super villain game if you want it to be, with each side offer unique quests and outcome. The more into the game, Cole will become powerful, the more you can be creative with killing and traveling, the more fun the game gets! My only 2 problems are with the lack of anti-aliasing makes the game look not so great, some cut scenes are done in-game which doesn't look good the game should have used the comic style cut scenes more and some bugs which makes you go through objects, but nothing serious or game breaking. Great start of a franchise, cant wait for the sequel!
