inFAMOUS is very fun to play but has some minor issues

         Overview:
In inFAMOUS you play Cole Magrath an ordinary bike mesanger whos world changes when a package he's carrying explodes taking out 6 block of Empire City. He wakes up and realizes he has aquired electric powers. Then you basically two choices, save the city from destroying itself from the inside or help it destroy itself and have everone fear you.  The choices you make affect how you look, how others react to you, and what upgrades for your powers you can get. So there is reason to play through the games more than once.
         Gameplay:
This is definetly inFAMOUS's strong point, it's fun as hell. You go from typical third-person shooting to scaling a 30 story building and anywher in between. All the powers you get are extremely awesome and you can upgrade almost every one. There is a cover system but you'll never really need to use it. Shooting is really fun and exciting. Climbing can get frustrating at some points when some ledge above you might get in the way but other than that it's pretty fun as well. Throughout the game you can collect "Dead Drops" which are recordings, similar to Bioshocks audio diaries, that provide a little backstory. Also you can collect blast shards which are pieces from the explosion found all around the city. Finding these will give you power cores which allow you to use more powerful powers more often before recharging at a nearby power source. There are 350 of these in the city and you can get a trophy for finding these if you're a trophy whore like me. :) Anywhoo, this game is really fun.
         Story:
Story wise this game isn't that good. It's your typical conspiracy, weird crap. Basically you'll try to find why you have these powers and who gave them to you.
         Graphics:
The graphics in inFAMOUS are pretty good. Good textures but the city isn't very immersive. The citizens do have some stuff to say like "I was only here for a day" or "All I want are my kids back." and stuff like that. There are somee clipping problems when on round objects and some glitches like where I got stuck on a corner on top of a buliding and then i popped up on the other side of town.
         FINALE!!!!!:
inFAMOUS is a fun as hell game with some minor glitches and a pretty lame story but even with those problems inFAMOUS is still a great PS3 exclusive and a excellent game to add to your collection.:D

"Do I want them to love me...or fear me?" That quote and title up there represents a lot about what makes inFAMOUS, well inFAMOUS. It is an open world sandbox game by Sucker Punch Productions. Does that ring any bells? Hopefully you do recall something, as those guys at Sucker Punch developed the Sly Cooper games back on the PS2. So there is a bit of a pedigree going into this title. inFAMOUS is the story of Cole McGrath, an ordinary joe who works as a bike messenger. One day he finds himself de...

So many Emperor Palpatine references to make...Sucker Punch’s new, PS3 exclusive interactive comic book adventure, inFamous, is an easy game to love and one that leaves you breathless at the end eagerly awaiting another installment. Taking the GTA model of open world exploration and questing within a huge, living city, inFamous puts you in the shoes of the newly super-powered Cole McGrath and turns you loose in to wreak havoc or seek redemption as you see fit. The gameplay experience in inFamou...
