Grinding but yet fun (PS3)

Infamous is a lot of fun to play but no game is perfect. Grinding is the name of the game for Infamous and the player will fight the same enemies and take on virtually the same missions via the side missions. The most frustrating "feature" of the game (if you want to call it that) is the ability to automatically grab onto things as Cole, the main character, is free falling off of buildings or jumping off of platforms. It's nice, sometimes, but since falling from great heights won't kill Cole why is there a safety precaution such as auto-grab?

Despite these complaints the story of Infamous is what will keep players treking through the game 'till the end. It's so compelling, and as Brad said in his video review, you won't know what will happen next the game keeps you guessing. Plus the powers that Cole will acquire within the game are bad ass too. The controls are fluid and tight, you'll never fight with them during the course of the game.

Sucker Punch did a good job with the game but Infamous isn't perfect, thus the 4 star rating, it's still fun to play and worth picking up.

A Great Start for a Promising Franchise ( PS3 )
So many Emperor Palpatine references to make...Sucker Punch’s new, PS3 exclusive interactive comic book adventure, inFamous, is an easy game to love and one that leaves you breathless at the end eagerly awaiting another installment. Taking the GTA model of open world exploration and questing within a huge, living city, ...

Not quite beyond good and evil ( PS3 )
Certain comic book storylines have been around long enough that few people bother to question their logic…provided they remain within their original fiction holding cell. People won’t question the science that allows a radioactive spider bite to grant one superpowers, let alone what exactly constitutes a “radioactive spider.” Most of ...
