Hearing Del Toro talk about it on Irrational Interviews got me excited for it. I'm depressed this is a full-on cancellation rather than a transfer.

Aw crap. Well, scratch one more off my already tiny list of games I'm looking forward to.

i've never heard of this project, but im sure its worth a damn someone will pick it up...

This is what you get for insane drives on unproven hardware add-ons for systems that don't really need them. And yes, I AM thinking about Sega in all of this.

Bummer. I would love to see what Del Toro would bring to a horror game.

Its too bad. Anytime you hear about a trilogy before it even launches, well you figure the fiction and scope for it is there.

Hopefully another publisher steps up.

Since the rights transfer to del toro, he could shop it around to another studio with a little more financial headroom.

I'm quite bummed about this news, but I guess it's the right decision, given THQ's current predicament.

That's too bad, that game looked pretty cool when saw it.

This is the one thing that I hoped wouldn't happen through this new phase THQ is going through. Del Toro is one of my favorite guys on this planet, and it seems like after leaving the insane Peter Jackson's Hobbit project behind, there is a curse on the guy for his work not to be seen.

Hoping the ip's you keep are going to be huge hits as your business model doesn't seem like a good idea to me.

Thought this was an Infamous reboot.

It was kinda expected right? I mean they canceled Devil's Third prior to this.

I haven't really heard much about this game beyond the original trailer. Hopefully Del Toro will get it picked up by some other company.

Based on the Ken Levine/Guillermo del Toro interview I was pretty pumped for this game. I think that man could help make an awesome game.

While I was initially slightly disappointed by this, I can't say I wasn't expecting it to happen.
