Let's re-name Trenched for Europe!

Described as "a game about love," Iron Brigade (formerly known as Trenched) is the third downloadable game from Double Fine Productions. Two wartime codebreakers receive a powerful alien transmission that makes them super-intelligent and totally deranged in this World War I-themed four-player mech shooter/tower defence mash-up.

Let's re-name Trenched for Europe!

So as most of you may already know, Trenched can't come out in Europe because of copyright laws. The game's name, Trenched, is roughly the same as a portuguese board game, Trench. Seeing how I doubt we (europeans) will be playing the game any time soon, I thought we could maybe try to figure out a new, non copyright infringing name for the game.

I myself was thinking Tranché which is trench in french or maybe just go straight to Drenched.

What new names do you guys have?

Or, going by synonyms, what about:

How about, "long ditches what one fights in, except it's not because they are mechs but we don't want to call them mechs." or "LDWOFIEINBTAMBWDWTCTM" to keep it short and simple.

I thought "Drenched" was the general consensus? Just tint the entire game with a slight blue and claim it's all underwater?

Just create a US account and buy it from the US store. It's worthwhile because there's more content on the US store and buying points is a bit cheaper (than it is in oz anyways). Doesn't seem to be any region protection either.

Totally Rad and Extreme Not-mechs with Customizeable Heavy weapons, Ensuring Death.

This is definitely a good way. If Valve can secure the rights to the word DOTA even if they didn't get to own the acronym for it, this should work for Double Fine in reverse right?

there actually is a region lock. they check your IP so if you want to buy something from a different marketplace you have to connect through a VPN or something like that.
