Trenched personal challenges not updating

After completing the first mission in Trenched, none of the bars in my personal challenges are updating. I think I'm a little more than halfway through the game, and it still says I've completed one mission and killed 52 tubes. Is anyone else having this problem or does anyone know a fix?
