Overview
Itror is a game of memory. Every round one icon is added to the sequence. The goal is to recall the order in which they first appeared and select them accordingly. There are up to 35 rounds. This means a sequence of 35 icons to remember at the end. The 35th round is followed by two bonus rounds, Double or Nothing and Back to Front.
Bonus Rounds
Double or Nothing
This round is a repeat of round 35, no new icon is added. Succeed and the score is going to be doubled. Failure means no points earned for this round and the game ends.
Back to Front
The second bonus and last overall round. This is the ultimate memory test. Everything is in reverse. The last icon to join the chain is now the first correct one and the icon from round 1 is now the last correct object. Every correct guess in this round awards 1% of the current score.
Modifiers
Modifiers can be activated to increase the difficulty and earn more points. There are 4 of them: One Heart, Time Attack, Mines and Unlimited Tries.
Unlike the other three Unlimited Tries reduces the points earned in exchange for unlimited guesses instead of just 4. Activate this modifier for a more zen gaming day.
One Heart
Instead of four guesses there is now only one. Select the wrong object in the sequence and it is game over.
Time Attack
The clock is ticking. Think too long on which one is the next or time runs out. Every time the counter hits 0 a life is consumed. If no more are left the game ends.
Mines
Every round one or more icons are replaced by mines. DO NOT TOUCH the mines. The player has to figure out which object the mines replaced in order to know what the next correct guess is.
The One Heart, Time Attack and Mines modifier can be activated individually, two at a times or all three at once. To reach top score all 3 have to be active.
