Everybody from One Piece, especially the Straw Hat crew. Also I hope the have pre and post-time skip versions.

And ill be fine with whatever characters they bring in for the other series.

I want to see Shonen Jump The Magazine as a character. That's right, the magazine itself. Instead of fireballs, the book shoots subscription tear-out cards. Instead of a hurricane kick, the book flaps around in the wind causing paper cuts. Instead of a dragon punch, an actual dragon comes out of the pages and knocks a character up into oblivion.
