it was also one of the very few games i played through more than twice
beats the crap out of original which was good as well
I really enjoyed the part of the game when the metal heads are in the city and you and the crimson guard are friends against a common enemy also, in his last moments, baron Praxis turns out to be far less of a dick

The changes in design and tone in Jak II, while unexpected, aren't a major stretch considering what the first game established.
