Jean-Luc Picard is a character that appears in 19 games

Jean-Luc Picard is a Star Trek character portrayed by Patrick Stewart. He appears in Star Trek: The Next Generation as the captain of the Federation flagship Enterprise-D. Picard also appears in the TNG-era films Generations, First Contact, Insurrection, and Nemesis, and has a cameo appearance in the pilot episode of Star Trek: Deep Space Nine.
Jean-Luc picard was born in France in the year 2305. It is said that as a youth he regularly dreamed about joining Starfleet. Initially, Picard failed his first Starfleet Academy entrance exam. But was shortly admitted and became the first newcomer to win the Academy marathon.
Picard’s first known duty in Starfleet was aboard the USS Stargazer as a First Officer. He took command of the ship upon the death of his captain. He then took control of the USS Enterprise-D as the captain of the entire vessel, however the Enterprise D was lost just over 7 years later when it crash landed on a planet. Picard then took over command of the recently built Enterprise E and still holds that position. He was offered promotion to Admiral while commanding the Enterprise-D but turned it down and wasn't offered the position again.
Picard is a very intelligent and quiet man. Despite having one of the most powerful ships in the alliance, he prefers to resolve situations in a calm and peaceful manner. However, when forced to, Picard can use tactics to defeat the enemy and has developed tactics such as the Picard Maneuver, a tactic which had no counter for a long time.
Outside of work, Picard enjoys archaeology, tropical fish, reading and earl gray tea. He is also the master of diplomacy and debate. Despite being a single and somewhat 'isolated' man when it comes to personal life, Picard often shows affection to various people - In particular Beverly Crusher and her son, Wesley.
