    I've never watched x-play, but just heard this through the grapevine so I'll probably tune in tonight. Actually I didn't even know I got G4tv until I checked my comcast channel guide today.

    Yeah, I'm glad I have it, but I watched a bit today and it was kinda weird. They have several hours of Cops on every day, and some pretty low budget entertainment news shows. Still, It's nice to have some gamer related porgramming out there even if it is less than stellar.

    I absolutely hate G4 ever since they decided to get rid of all the good shows that were actually about video games and technology to make room for a shit load of cops reruns and ninja warrior. Literally, they only have 2 shows for gaming and tech, and even with those... AOTS has become a show for showing a bunch of videos from the internet. Well, enough of my bitching, I'll check this out of they have it streaming on their site. If not, oh well.

    I remember the transition from techtv to g4. It was like the new owners thought it was a good idea to put their dicks into an africanized bee's nest, and then do it again.

    I remember how back in the day when I first got G4, Attack of the Show was this family-friendly tech show called "The ScreenSavers". It was pretty strange that the first hosts of AOTS were the last hosts of ScreenSavers, and the new show became increasingly vulgar.

    @Apathylad: they had advertisements before it started to air about how attack of the show was where you could hear about super secret stuff that people don't want you to know. The show turned out to be retards talking about stupid websites and other dumb shit on the internet that they/producer thought was cool.

    This isn't the first time Jeff has shown up on X-play. Here's a appearance Jeff did soon after he was fired from Gamespot. Sessler asks Jeff why he was fired, but he gave the usual secret legal stuff.

    G4 is fucking terrible.  TechTV was amazing, as was X-Play and Extended Play before it.  Then G4 bought them and ruined it.  That said, they've been doing a really good job as of late to get me to take them seriously.  X-Play's been getting a lot better (thank God they've given Adam more control over the show again), and G4's web coverage is pretty great now that they've gotten Skip Pfister, Patrick Klepeck and Sterling McGarvey.

    The best thing about G4 is Adam Sessler.  Especially Sessler's Soapbox on their website.  Here is the best one, I'm sure you all have seen it.

    I never saw that Zinc, but thought it was funny for what it was worth.   I must say though, it is somewhat disconcerting that Adam Sessler feels he has to defend himself and his show from people that can barely construct a complete sentence.  Either way it is entertaining and I have always enjoyed Sessler when he sticks to critique and insight about a game and the industry, but not so much his sense of humor... but sometimes it pulls through, like in this webisode.
     
    Also, does anyone here know when we can expect to see clips from tonight's show on their website?  I don't get G4TV but would like to see the segment.
