Jen Taylor (or Jenn Taylor) was born on February 17, 1973 in Seattle, Washington, USA. She provides the voice of Cortana throughout the Halo franchise.
Taylor is also well known for her work as Princess Peach, Toad, Toadette, Samus Aran, and other characters in several Nintendo games since 1999. In addition, she is the voice behind Cate Archer in No One Lives Forever 2, Zoey, in the Valve game, Left 4 Dead, and made a guest appearance in the Left 4 Dead 2 DLCs, The Passing and The Sacrifice, which featured the return of the original Left 4 Dead cast. She also has done voice-overs for the PC game Aliens Versus Predator 2 with David Scully.
