Jessie is a member of the anti-Shinra group AVALANCHE.
Jessie was the brain child of AVALANCHE who developed their bombs and Fake Ids. Although we don't see her for very long, in the time she was in the game she showed a liking to Cloud above the others in the group. Later she is crushed under the Sector 7 plate along with Biggs and Wedge. The only other sighting of Jessie in a game was in Kingdom Hearts 2 as a Store owner along with Biggs and Wedge.
