Johnny is the leader of the Liberty City biker gang, the Lost Brotherhood.

Johnny Klebitz is the leader of the The Lost Brotherhood biker gang in Liberty City. Johnny was first introduced to Niko Bellic by Elizabeta Torres, who tasked Niko with protecting him and Playboy X during a heroine deal. After the deal was busted by LCPD undercover police, Niko and Playboy X escaped to the rooftops while Johnny escaped through other means. Later in the game, it is found out by Niko that Johnny survived the drug bust and was now being tasked by Ray Boccino to oversee a diamond deal with Johnny at the Libertonian. However, during this deal, Johnny betrays Boccino (and essentially Niko) by hiring Latino gangsters to shoot up the deal, giving Johnny an easy means of escape with the diamonds. The diamonds are eventually sold to the Ancelotti Family.

The Lost and the Damned

Johnny will be returning to the storyline of Grand Theft Auto IV in Rockstar's first downloadable content pack, named The Lost and the Damned. The player will reportedly be able to play as Johnny, along with the ability to do new missions, shoot new weapons, drive new vehicles, and listen to new music soundtracks.

Johnny's gang, the Lost Brotherhood, are enemies with rival biker gang the Angels of Death.
Johnny is standing in as leader of the gang, as former leader Billy Grey is currently in prison.
