According to justcause2.com, this "Pimped-Out" ice cream truck  is available on all platforms as of this afternoon for free.  SWEET!

I was hoping that they were adding cheats in DLC form, kinda like the first crackdown rather than some really dull vehicle 

Sweet! Just got the game 2 days ago. Having a blast with it. Hopefully there'll be more free DLC in the future!

Heh the ice cream truck is fine but there are loads more stuff that can be downloaded here. 
 
I plan to wait until I complete the game before going crazy on the mod stuff though.

They're adding an ice cream truck that odds are, when destroyed will never be replaceable. Or have I got that wrong? Make no mistake, it's a cool gesture and stuff, but it seems relatively pointless when you see the size of the island and notice how many cars players destroy on average, per day.

Does anyone know where to find this thing?  Haven't seen it yet (though, I've only played maybe 2 hours since downloading it), but it seems like something that would jump out at you.
