    i believe that the video capture function is only available on the ps3 version. im not sure if its on the pc version. the pc does get dx10 graphic perks tho.

    @AjayRaz: id have thought it was cut due to not all 360's having hard drives and video recording requires a ton of HD space. I will say however thats just a total guess and im probably totally wrong. :)
