Just Cause 2 is a long enjoyable thrill ride.

Just Cause 2 is a game that improves upon its predecessor in many ways. First off, this game is graphically pretty stunning. The games environment has many different locales, ranging from snowy mountain tops to warm sunny tropical beaches. In the game, you play as CIA agent Rico Rodriguez. The main character has been sent to the country of Panau to investigate the corrupt leader, and eventually take him down. Throughout the game, you will be base jumping, sky diving, parachuting and more. The main emphasis of this game is to cause as much 'chaos' in the game world to earn points and unlock new missions. This concept makes the game incredibly fun, and you dont have to go tediously searching for items to unlock missions. You just see a big oil tank or missile launcher, and you just blow it up. This game is fun, and both crazy at the same time.

The main piece of equipment that your character will be using throughout the game is the grappling hook. With this, you will be able to quickly get around, and it also enables you to climb tall skyscrapers and mountains. You can also use it for giving you lift once you are airbourne and parachuting. My favourite aspect of the game is the sky diving, becuase you can fly a plane really high then just jump out, and skydive all the way back down to earth. The game also has really crazy stunt positions, where your character (when in a vehicle) comes out of the driver postion and stands on top of what you are were in control of (be it a car or a plane). So yes, there is a lot of crazy things you can do in the game, and all of these thrown into one game really does deliver a long enjoyable thril ride.

However, the reason this game is not a 5 star is becuase of the amount of glitches I found within the game. After completing one mission, I could just walk through walls, so I had to quit the game and start it back up again before it was working properly again. Another bug I found was where after completing a mission, the whole population of the island apart from the military had just vanished, making the whole landscape seem like one whole ghost town. I'm sure that Avalanche Studios will eventually patch these bugs, as they did make the game experience slightly frustrating. Apart from that, this game really is one of the best games I have put into my console in a long while.

    Graphics - 5/5
    Gameplay - 4/5
    Sound - 5/5
    Value - 5/5

    Overall - 4.5/5

Excitement is everywhere in Just Cause 2 0

Just Cause 2 can be described very well in one word, fun. If you don't have a bit of fun with this game, you're doing wrong. I only played a bit of the first one and could tell that it was not what I wanted from an open-world game. Having played the demo for this one, I was excited. Very excited. Luckily, I was not disappointed whatsoever. In Just Cause 2, you play as Rico Rodriguez. A man that knows how to do all sorts of things that no man should even attempt. From riding the bottom of a he...

      Just cos', thats why! 0

I am going to use the following space to write about why Just Cause 2 is an arcade game for the next generation.   In Just Cause 2 you do awesome stuff 100% of the time you are playing. You are never not diving through the air, jumping on a car or blowing some sh!t up. Its freakin' awesome. In say, Space Invaders, 100% of the time you are doing something awesome. You never get bored, even though the task is often repetative. In Space Invaders, if you die, then you boot up and go again. In...
