The leading CO of Yellow Comet fights with honor and dignity, caring little for underhanded tactics. He is very protective of his daughter, Sonja.

Kanbei is an all-around fighter whose troops are incrementally superior to everyone else's. This comes at a price, however, (quite literally) as Kanbei's units are also inordinately expensive. His CO Power is a simple, robust improvement of his forces. He is the subject of much treachery during the campaign, caused by enemies who play off his honorable nature.
