Career
Kathy Vrabeck originally worked at
Activision and gained recognition as the president of Activision Publishing. She was then handpicked by
Electronic Art's president
John Riccitiello in June 2007 to become the president of EA's Casual Games Entertainment unit.
Vrabeck was in charge of EA's casual games division including the company's online sites such as Pogo, mobile titles, and games produced under EA's licenses with Hasbro and other franchises, including the Harry Potter brand. In November 2008, Vrabeck resigned from her EA position as president to take on the role of leading movie studio Legendary Pictures' digital division.
