    The main character in Disaster Report, Keith comes to Capital City begin a new life with a new job in a new city. While entering Captial City, Keith's train is hit buy one of the earthquakes plauging the city. As the frequent earthquakes tear the city apart, Keith learns that unraveling a huge conspiracy connected to the city and it's earthquakes is more important than his own escape.
