I emailed Kerbal Space Program and got a response today about the possibility of KSP coming to Wii U. They say it is unlikely but they would love to be on the system. It should be noted that the Wii U is working with Unity to help bring those games to the eShop and if KSP was on the eShop it would bring in a larger crowd of people. What do you guys think of KSP coming to the Wii U?

It would definitely be a Wii U game if it was released on the Wii U I tell you what.

I would feel...indifferent. I don't see how the WiiU is really much better or worse than the PC. The game is such a weird toybox/astronautics simulation of a game that I think it makes sense as a niche PC game that only a certain crowd are interested in. I don't think there's a lot of overlap between that crowd and people who check the eShop regularly.

Though it's cool that they got back to you about it. It's always nice when you email a developer and they get back to you with some honest feedback.
