The fighting game series that defined high-risk, high-reward combos returns as a free-to-play launch title for the Xbox One, later receiving constant updates with new characters and game modes. It can also be played on Windows 10 systems with cross-platform multiplayer.
Doesn't seem like a big deal, from the updated OP in that GAF thread:
"This is from the Double Helix forums in the Killer Intsinct Bug Reporting Thread
MULTIPLAYER DESYNCHRONIZATION:
User States: It seems like players in an exhibition match will desynchronize after a certain amount of rematches. The opposing player from either side will appear to not do anything and once the round is finished the lobby will close. User States: Desynch is causing both players to see a victory screen from they're perspective. Thus, giving the illusion to a player that he won the match."
The AI is not taking over, it's a simple desync. If you watch the video carefully inputs in both videos of both players are the same (aside from the drops), they are just now occurring within a different game state, thereby producing different results.
It's just not trying to resync them or disconnect and keeps the game running anyway with those desynced states.
