I was thinking about buying the game, but it doesn't seem as interesting as L4D.   
 
From the Br3adfan's quicklook (nice one btw!), it seems less plot-driven and more of a face off against continuous hordes of zombies. I like a bit of context to the action and don't think that killing floor has a tiny bit of it. 
 
What do you think about Killing Floor? And also L4D?

eh, they're both good games. Killing Floor is pretty sweet, while L4D is... well, it's a Valve game. it's quality and it has a good sense of humor. 

Uh, Killing Floor is a heck of a lot more challenging. But it's fun leveling up your perks and stuff, because it's nice to see what kind of upgrades you get, whether it be faster healing or spawning with body armor. You can barely ever beat the end-game boss, but when you do it's quite satisfying. They are completely different games, so I don't see why you would be comparing the two.

killing floor is awesome and u should get it and you can buy it at Walmart for like 20 dollars 

 
What makes Killing Floor interesting is the upgrade system. Getting cash to buy new weapon and stuff. I like the dark and grungy look of Killing Floor as well. It's also less about progressing through a level and more about simply surviving.

If you are looking to just shoot zombies in the face, I highly recommend it.  More so now since it is only $9 I believe on Steam.

Killing Floor is not as fast paced as Left 4 Dead i don't think but god damn is it fun. I think it's much better than L4D, but could use some work. Perks are a cool addition to the game. Slo-mo kills make Killing Floor superior to L4D

Buy killing floor its a great game.  Shit get L4D2 its way better then L4D. there all good games.

Yep... i probably will. There are a LOT of great games on steam at bargain price. :p

Left 4 Dead is just a great game overall

Also Killing Floor has alot better add-on community
