Its not that E3 trailer but it looks good it looks damn good. And Brian Cox's as the Hellghast leader, perfect choise. I got a chill down my spine as he was talkin.

Lol at how the battlefield scene was a copy of Gears 2 intro with similar narration. Anyways that aside the game looks amazing, not sure why they would use a CG intro when the game looks that good.

Don't care. Space marines in power armor fighting off an alien invasion could not be more boring. Why not set it in World War 2 as well? Also, people need to stop giving a dam about how games look on their giant television screens and worry more about the death of creative story telling.

Is mad ghetto black guy a required character in any shooter now? Also that body armor doesn't seem to be of much value.

Again, I'll say this:

that was the BEST intro i have ever seen, hands down. anyone hating on any of this is a complete douche. 

Holy shit that Youtube video comment box is chock full to the brim with Sony fanboys. But yeah, wake me when there is this video in full resolution and 5.1 sound. Those clamoring that the graphics are better than Crysis obviously haven't had a long enough sitdown with Crysis at max settings. Nor have they even played Killzone 2.

This game IS good. I played the beta, and my oh my, it's the best LOOKING and PLAYING shooter ever.

Looks ok, but still a long long way from the E3 trailer, smoke effects looked much better there, character had a much softer appearence and most importantly the E3 trailer had scale, you could see the whole city while they flew in, here you can't see anything, because its all dust filled till they are a few feet away from the ground. The E3 trailer also did quite a few things with the camera that are missing here.

Anyway, all that said it still looks decent, but the story looks pretty boring and the rest looks just like yet another scripted brown FPS. No thank you.

Got to 1:30, cant watch anymore. thats the best motion capture ive ever seen in a game. amazing.

Well that didn't do anything for me unlike the original Gears of War - Madworld ad.

I'll buy it though just hope its not killzone 1.5, cause killzone 1 sucked ass.

I remain cautiously optimistic. If tere's a shooter I'll gamble on it'll be this one, but having not cared much for CoD (shock!) and the fact that I usually end up bored with most generic shooters about halfway through, I'll probably wait on it despite my intrigue.

This game looks awesome,better than CoD that's for sure.And I loved the first Killzone,I don't know why so many people didn't.

Who ever is playing the game sucks. But yeah, the graphics are really good. But I'm not entirely sold on the gameplay itself. But trying to deny its incredibly impressive graphics is just being stubborn and doubting the game for the sake of doubting it, rather than having any actual merits to back up your opinion.

Okay I've been scrounging around on the web and coming up empty for any new Killzone 2 goodies until now .  A friend sent me a link to GameKings with this 41 minute interview with the team behind the game .  Its subtitled but don't let that stop you , its got a lot of cool stuff to see and some really good info on the game and the work thats gone it into it . Enjoy peoples ;)
