Kinect is a camera and depth sensor-based peripheral for the Xbox 360 that allows users to interact with and play games using their whole bodies, rather than using a standard controller.
Looks like they're making good progress. Still not sure about the potential for gameplay that interests me, although it seems like there's room for a lot of creativity.
Would be interesting to see how it would cope if person B moved in front of person A, either just crossed over, or completely in front of them.

The crossing over is a very good point. Especially if you consider an idea like a beat 'em up, if they changed sides, would Natal know that they have changed? I'm still not totally convinced by Natal, and am somewhat holding a grudge against it with regards to the mass of software delays it is causing (see Gears of War 3). What does intrigue me, however, is that if they release a 360 slim, I'll be able to move up from my old 360 to an elite or something.
