NowGamer is running a rumor saying that the official name of Project Natal will be Xbox Wave.
I personally liked more if it stayed Natal.
What do you guys think?

Wave is a good name actually. Natal sounded like the name of a creepy biological experiment.

This truly must be the age of motion controls that have a 2 word name. Playstation Move, Xbox Wave.....

And I thought "MOVE"  was bad..... Well its still bad but Wave?

I'll wait until I hear it from a real source.

I hope they make every "Wave" game include "Wave" in the name.

Still with these rumors... Yeah, I'll just wait and see at this point.

They're preparing to release a new peripheral for it called the Movewavechuck.

While not confirmed, Wave is as good a choice as any. We're used to Natal because if you're on Giant Bomb, you're a gaming enthusiast and have probably have known about it since last year's E3 and its just become natural. But to the target audience, basically the folks who gobbled up Wiis a few years back, Natal means nothing. Plus, it always makes me think of pregnancy - like as in pre-natal, neo-natal, etc... 
 
Wave conveys a lot of things, both in terms of how you actually interact with the device and what they want the consumer to associate it with.

If this is true please keep it Natal, Wave makes me want to throw up.

Meh. It's not a memorable name if that's the case. They just gotta convince me that it's more than a quick cash-in on the Wii success.

Natal is better.

I must be one of the few people who absolutely does not care for Natal or Move whatsoever.
