It has been rumored for more than a week now, but Square Enix finally posted the announcement on their site. It's slated for US release on December 2nd for an SRP of $29,99.

Anyone planning on picking this up? I already own the Japanese version, but I'll pick the US version too. I'll have 3 versions of every KH game that way. :P

Finally! Now if only we could get Final Mix+, my life would be complete.

I'm a fan of KH1 and KH2. I'm not sure I can handle a card-based battle system. For the price though I might pick it up.

Yea, you can turn CoM into button mashing with an awesome story if you want, however I had a thing for summoning Cloud whenever I played the game. Watching him fly around the battle field and slash up enemies never got old >_>. Anyhow, it is out now isn't it? I have resisted the urge to look at it since I will buy it I am sure. Totally worth a purchase though since from what I can tell it looks like a complete remake with voice acting and all.

I probably won't be able to get to it this month, but it looks like a pretty awesome port/remake. I was kind of hoping they'd implement the original gameplay of KH since they were doing this on the PS2 but oh well, this system looks fun enough.
