@Boobtank: Since it sounds like you finished this game, do you have any idea how the Disorder works? I found the map at (42,13) but I don't understand how it correlates to when you go in the disorder. I'm finding it hard to orientate myself after teleporting in via one of the portals. Hopefully I don't sound like a crazy person :P

Picked this game up on a whim over the weekend, and have been having a blast exploring and discovering the map and all the secrets.
