No recent wiki edits to this page. The Kokiri's Emerald is a key item in The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. It is the Spiritual Stone of the Forest and is guarded by the Great Deku Tree in Kokiri Forest. When Link travels through the dungeon within the Great Deku Tree, he discovers that the giant spider Gohma resides in there and is a curse upon the tree. Link defeats Gohma, but the Great Deku Tree is too damaged to survive so he gives Link the Emerald in order to continue on his quest.
