He is very laid backs, even in moments of danger and terror throughout the game and had connections with several agency orgainsations, making him useful for finding easy transportation and resoruces for Sion and Volt. Kou never seems to take much of the events in the game seriously but he is a well trained fighter and can deal more than a few problems during the game. Out of the other two bouncers, Kou is perhaps the fastest and is pretty good at making short work of all the people he fights. He also come up with some of the ideas on how to find Dominique during the game, including disguises and hitching train rides. He is also voiced by Steven Blum.
