Overview
Lace Harding is the main scout for The Inquisitor and is mostly interacted with when the Inquisitor enters a new area on the map. Here the Inquisitor can get information and the lay of the land from his/her trusted scout.
While Lace isn't a romance option for the Inquisitor, she can be flirted with in most interactions. She will eventually admit to having feelings for the Inquisitor after due time but the romantic relationship won't progress past that point. If the Inquisitor enters into a romance with another character, the flirtatious interactions with Harding cease to occur.
Lace can be found outside the tavern once Skyhold becomes the main base of operations for the Inquisition and she will share some of her past with the Inquisitor. Harding is from the Hinterlands Region in Ferelden, though she still speaks with an American accent like most other dwarfs in the Dragon Age universe.
Her title is "Scout" and her weapon of choice is a bow.
