Lazarus is a selectable character from Bloodlust Software's 1996 one-on-one fighting game called Timeslaughter. Portrayed as an old skinny mean with an extremely long beard. Uses a broken bottle as a weapon.

Lazarus was a skilled Scottish doctor before he signed up for a three hour tour of the Carribean. After hitting a nasty tropical iceburg, the ship sank and he was forced to use his buddy's body as a raft. Now stranded on a desert island with only his hat, kilt, and a whole crate full of bottles (if he were MacGuyver he'd be outta there), he's completely senile. His reason for fighting - he needs a new raft.

When the opponent is stunned due to an an empty health bar Timeslaughter characters perform a variation of fatality known as a slaughter move. Lazarus shoves his hand down his opponent's throat, rips out the intestines and uses them as bagpipes. This finishing move is called 'play yer pipes lad'.
