*Sorry if it's old news, saw that the tracks were new*

Hey guys I was just checking what's downloadable in Rock Band Network (accessing the download service of the Network is free) and while finding some kick ass metal songs, I also was curious of the other genres. In the Southern Rock section, I found the songs by The Midnight Riders and got one of them for 80MSP.

Has anybody else tried out the songs?

Nope. But this seems like another good advertising/hyping strategy by valve if it's the same guys that're in Left 4 Dead 2.

@crusnchill: It's them. Rock band has been doing a lot of stuff like hat, lately. Like the South park Pokerface parody.

I think this is a great direction they are taking.

@Mmmslash: I don't have any Rockband OR Guitar Hero, but I like how Valve thinks.

It's just cool and it makes people talk.
I mean they even went as far as to creat a faux band website for the Midnight riders.
