This is probably the best deal going for L4D 360, at least for those that live in the US. Free shipping, $53.99 regular price and $5 off of that at checkout which comes to $48.99, and no tax for most people. I went ahead and preordered. Sometimes, Amazon also does guaranteed release date delivery for free on big games, like they are currently doing with Gears 2. If they end up offering this sometime over the next week or two, I'll probably switch to that option (and I'm guessing the $5 off at checkout will disappear at that time, too...not sure though)
