Good splitscreen to play with the wife?

She's in a zombie loving mode and i'm wondering if the splitscreen's good enough to satisfy...if you catch my drift.

Never tried playing it splitscreen if it is possible but you can never go wrong with l4d.

I wanted to play it with just a friend, but the 2 extra AI bots were terribly annoying and we decided to not play.

As long as you don't pump the difficulty up the AI bots should be fine; my brother and I have played tons of Left 4 Dead 2 splitscreen.

@I_Stay_Puft: Agree! Had it a while back on the 360. Loved it.

@believer258: I think there's no way to turn the bots off . And yes, we'll be playing this on the easiest difficulty as she plays Conviction, Gears2-3 but this will surely freak her out so we'll take it easy. What about the framerate and the like, is there a lot of slowdown with the hordes of zombies?
