What are some of your moments of heroism? I remember on No Mercy during the first chapter, two of my teammates ran into the safehouse like cowards and just sat there. I was in the middle, and another teammate of ours fell behind and got swarmed by every form of Infected known to man. I was halfway down the steps when I made the decision to run back and get him. Shooting my way through the Infected and taking loads of damage, I managed to free him from the special infected. While we were both limping back, one of us triggered the car alarm. We each grabbed a corner and fended off the massive assault and somehow managed to get into the saferoom. The whole time, the bastards that ran to safety never came out to help us.

Lol what a bunch of chumps! Nice rescue though. I have no glory moments that I can think of. I plan on hoppin' on tonight with some of my buds to kill some zombies, maybe tonight will be my night of heroics!

You must have been playing with randoms.

The only semi-heroic moment I can think of was on the Rooftop Finale. I was at the helicopter with two other survivors but the fourth was pulled by a smoker back to the radio room. It was only on normal difficulty but it was still suicide to go back during the last flood of infected. I rescued him and he made it back to the helicopter after an intense battle across the roof. I was killed by a tank once I got back to the helicopter pad.

I once saved Zoey when she was pinned by a Hunter.
With a headshot from a Hunting Rifle.
From a fourth of the way across the map.
And I wasn't even aware I was trained on his head.
Twas a mix of dumb luck and confidence

Eh, I don't really have any amazing feats f heroism, just your typical we ran into the safehouse while someone was left behind and I ran back out to save them kind of stories. If you want just an amazing story in general, my team was playing in that one level where the rescue vehicle is a boat. We had been plowing through this last act for hours without any success and on this last run we finally made it to the arrival of the vehicle but little did we know the run to the boat would result in so much death. The first of us got tackled by a hunter but since we had been trying so long to beat the damn thing, we all agreed to leave him behind and just make a beeline for the boat. While near the dock, the second of us got grabbed by a smoker and pulled back into the house where they obviously died by the hands of a swarm of zombies waiting inside. That's when we heard/felt the tanks closing in on us. What made things worse? A boomer was waiting towards the end of the wooden dock and we noticed it way too late. It erupted and covered us in its green goo which immediately enticed the entire horde to come after us along with the wrath of the tanks. My partner screamed both out of fear and frustration but by some miraculous feat and mercy of Gop I made it through a horde with the help of melee and leaped onto the boat while my partner died mere inches from it.
