nothing has been announced on it no release date no more pictures no trailers no mention of features nothing. is this still being made or was it canned with the hole merger with activision sierra and  blizzard or other reasons?

I'm not sure either, but if Sierra is going to closed, you can almost bet we won't see Leisure Suit Larry published by Activision/Blizzard.  However, that being said, I think we'll see a lot of IP's change hands and perhaps be picked up by small independent companies, so don't necessarily think that the franchise will die.

i really want it to come out but it looks like its not going to seing as there only picking up crash bandicoot spyro and another one :(

good news to any one  who is interested in this  codemasters has picked this game up  (its website is here)  and will be out in Spring 2009 :D

I checked the site and it looks like PEGI rated it 16+ and not 18+ like Magna Cum Laude.

That means we won't even get to see as much as a nipple -- laaaaaaaaaame!

EDIT: Actually, it looks like you can get away with nipples on a 16+ rating, but I remember reading an article stating there won't be any nudity in this game, so we probably won't see any.
