The Leviathan is very large Chimera, constructed out of thousands of human bodies. The only time that it appears in-game is during the destruction of Chicago, and according to intelligence reports it was build in Wrigley Field in a specially made enclosure. During the course of the game, the Leviathan attacks and chases Nathan Hale, is killed when Hale blows up explosives destroying his face and exposing his skull, and then is then shot numerous times into this exposed skull by a LAARK. Presumably there was only one Leviathan, although there have been rumors of similar creatures in France.
