Leyawiin is just north of the Topal Bay, on the far south end of Cyrodiil.

Leyawiin is the city on the tip of Cyrodiil down south. It is near Topal Bay and near the borders of Elseweyr and Black Marsh, the native lands of the Khajiit and Argonians respectively. The city is full of Argonians and Khajiits and is one of the dirtiest city in Cyrodiil. There are shops and inns near the main gate and surrounding the Great Chapel of Zenithar. The major guilds have guild halls here and it is where the Blackwood Company have their only guild hall. They are a band of mercenaries who fought in Black Marsh and returned to Cyrodiil. The Count and Countess is Marius Caro and Alessia Caro. Alessia Caro is known for her hatred of Argonians and Khajiits and it is rumored that she has a secret room where she tortures Khajiits and Argonians. She is the daughter of the Countess of Chorrol. Outside Leyawiin are some settlements, namely Border Watch and Water's Edge.
