Grand Theft Auto IV The setting for four Grand Theft Auto games, its motto is "Worst Place in America" due to its rampant corruption and crime. The Islands: Algonquin (Manhattan): A comercial district full of skyscrapers. Broker (Brooklyn): The city in which you start in the game. Dukes (Queens): Mainly residential, it is very ethnically diverse aswell. Bohan (Bronx): It is very rundown, mainly houses in this district. The heart of the drug problem in Liberty City.
