Trivia

  • Although Lord Raptors birth year is 1889, this contradicts Lord Raptor being a rock star. This may still hold truth as Darkstalkers more than likely takes place on an alternate Earth.
  • Lord Raptors birth year in reality coincides with the release of a short zombie story titled The Country of the Comer-Back. 
  • During gameplay in some games, Lord Raptor has the ability to walk while crouching.
  • In Darkstalkers 3, Capcom changed the spelling of Raptor's name to Rapter. Most fans still spell his name as Raptor though.
  • When fighting against Hsien-Ko before the round starts, Lord Raptor's eyes will become love hearts and his actual heart will spring out of his rib cage. Clearly showing Raptor has a crush on this ghost girl.
  • An early idea for Raptor was for him to be an undead solider, with one design clearly taking inspiration from Iron Maiden's mascot Eddie.
